We are very happy to share that following our latest food hygiene inspection on the 8th July 2023, Broadway Lodge was once again awarded the top rating of 5 which indicates that ‘hygiene standards are very good’ (Food Standards Agency).
Our catering team work hard to ensure that the handling, preparation, cooking and storage of food as well as the cleanliness of the kitchen and the equipment adheres to all legislation and best practice guidance. We are delighted to retain this food hygiene rating and we are proud of our dedicated and knowledgeable catering team – Matt, Caroline, Michael and Sue.
