I am delighted and excited to welcome our new CEO, Ian, into the Broadway family and am confident we will be going into 2018 and beyond with renewed creativity and vigour to deliver on our collective vision and mission.
It has been a privilege during 2017 as interim CEO to support the Senior Leadership Team and all staff throughout the organisation to an inclusive model of shared and distributed leadership in which staff are empowered to shine and innovate. This inclusiveness, with its harvesting of ideas and talent throughout the charity, has returned us to a financially stable and sustainable position and an inclusive and supportive buy ultram online pharmacies culture that hears and values all members of the team, from the board to patients. Ian’s business experience and alignment with Broadway’s vision, mission and core values, alongside his understanding of addiction, recovery and how we do things at Broadway Lodge, bodes well for our future and I look forward to our continued success in supporting people into real abstinence-based recovery.
Broadway Lodge is too much in my heart for me to disappear completely so I am hoping to go back onto the Board (if they will have me) to continue to support and champion Broadway and its work, and to cheer-on Ian in his new role.
