We are extremely pleased to welcome Dr David Sweetnam to Broadway Lodge who has joined the team as our new CEO. Among his list of duties, David will ultimately be developing the long-term strategy of the Charity, aiming to achieve sustainable growth, ensuring we are continually financially robust as well as leading, motivating and inspiring the team.
David brings a wealth of senior management and leadership experience to Broadway Lodge and has worked in the healthcare sector for over 10 years. Most recently he was responsible for over 250 employees as Hospital Director at a high-end, world-class independent hospital. He is passionate about innovation, client care, employee training and development and successful growth of the organisation.
