We are all currently living in unprecedented times as the health pandemic of coronavirus (COVID-19) is present. At Broadway Lodge, measures are in place to comply with the latest government advice to protect the health of staff and clients. We’re pleased to be able to continue to accept enquiries, applications for treatment and admissions.
Although we are regrettably unable to welcome any visitors to Broadway Lodge currently, clients can keep in touch with family and friends via telephone and Skype and they continue to receive a comprehensive therapy schedule thanks to technology and our medical and counselling teams. For instance, they are receiving shares from ex-clients via video call instead of a face to face share in person and connect with online Fellowship meetings. Group therapy sessions and one to one counselling is continuing, but with layout changes throughout the building to comply with the social distancing advice. The coronavirus outbreak is a challenging time for everyone but despite this there’s a happy and positive atmosphere in the house.
